Spark Your Creativity

Service Description

Tuesdays: 2 - 5 PM December 2, 9 & 16 Cost: $50 Do you struggle with calling yourself an artist? Do you have writer's block? Do you have a closet full of projects you never seem to get to? In Spark Your Creativity you'll learn tools and techniques to get the flow going and discover you are more creativity than you ever imagined. We'll use a variety of art forms to encounter your "inner artist," befriend your inner credit and develop a can do attitude. If you wish, you'll have the opportunity to share your creations and receive appreciative feedback. You can use all of the tools and techniques you learn in Spark Your Creativity to add zest and meaning to parties, gatherings, and any trainings you may lead. Spark Your Creativity is fun, heart centered and empowering. It's useful for practicing artists and people with no arts experience. Peggy Taylor, MEd gets great joy from helping people experience and trust their creativity. She is co-founder of Create Space. She is a writer, choral director and creativity specialist. She is founder and co-director of the Open Circle Singers Community Choir and co-founder of three arts-based youth programs: Power of Hope: Youth Empowerment through the Arts, Partners for Youth Empowerment, and Young Women Empowered. Peggy has trained several thousand social service workers in ten countries in ways to use the arts to increase confidence in their creativity and to bring cohesion, joy, and purpose into work with youth and adult groups.
