Befriending Your Inner Critic

Service Description

Wednesdays, October 21 & 28 1:30 - 4:00 Cost: $35 We all have one. And it can wreak havoc when we start something new or get involved in a creative project. Believe it or not, our inner critic has an important role to play in our lives, but it can sure make us miserable when we let it take over. In this class, we will take a playful approach to befriending our inner critic and discovering our inner booster. We will use writing, collage and mixed-media to develop characters that can stand with us as allies to support our creativity.
