Stories save lives. Hearing them, connecting with them, and sharing our own, strengthens relationships, resiliency, and overall well-being. Stories are mirrors reflecting our own experiences back to us allowing us to gain new insight and healing. They are windows to lives outside of our own allowing us to honor new perspectives and enhance our ability to empathize with others.
You are invited to meet for 4 weeks in a safe, confidential, and nurturing space where you will learn that we are all born storytellers. Through games, exercises, partner work, and practice we will discover stories we want to tell and fine tune the traditional and personal stories we long to share.
This workshop is ideal for
- those who hope to feel more comfortable communicating in public
- parents/grandparents/caregivers wanting to tell stories with the children in their lives
- hopeful performers
- people who have lived experiences worthy of sharing (pssst…that’s everyone!)
