Hand made jewelry makes a wonderful holiday gift for friends and family. And making jewelry is easier than you may think. Once you learn the basics, the possibilities are endless. In this class you will learn to use various types of wire to make earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and pendants. We will also design jewelry using beach glass, pearls, wooden beads, and semi-precious gemstones. In addition, we’ll learn how to use macrame, mini-weavings, colorful cloth, and driftwood to make unique and beautiful pieces. You’ll have the opportunity to go deeper with the materials you are most attracted to. All materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring special beads or pendants you may want to use in making your jewelry.
